Welcome to SusParty! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SusParty mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SusParty, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SusParty is a social deduction party game where players can:

• Play as crew members or imposters
• Complete tasks and participate in discussions
• Create and join game rooms with friends
• Purchase optional premium features

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account or sign in. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Use automated systems or bots

5. In-App Purchases

SusParty offers optional in-app purchases:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• For refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Premium features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on new devices
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content in SusParty, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

7. User-Generated Content

If you create or share content within the App (such as usernames or in-game communications):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or any laws

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the App
• Is fraudulent or illegal

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
